Level 2 IT Support Engineer
My client based is Dublin requires a level 2 support engineer on a contract basis.
You will be providing desktop support for end users across a wide range of different technologies. The successful candidate will be troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and escalating to Level 3 when required.
3+ years in a Deskside/Technical support role
Experience with MS Server Installation and administration
Experience with O365 configuration and deployment
Knowledge of Windows Server
Experience with Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory, Virtualisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of cloud technologies
