Responsibilities of the Ruby on Rails Developer Role:
• Building and maintaining applications using Ruby, JavaScript
• You will work in a team and be responsible for the design and implementation of new features and functionalities according to company requirements
• Contribute to brainstorming, technology roadmap, and strategy sessions
• You will be responsible for proactively looking for ways to improve performance, simplify interactions, and automated management

Required Skills and Experience for the Ruby on Rails Developer Role:
• 2+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
• Ability to solve problems using best practices and principles
• You care about your code quality
• Experience with jQuery/HTML/CSS
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with Git
• Good communications skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with RSpec

Desirable Qualities for the Ruby on Rails Developer Role:
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with Redis
