I'm working with a high-growth software company that seeks to enhance sales and simplify transaction support for e-commerce businesses across the globe.

I'm looking for a German-speaking Sales Professional to lead and grow the German Market. A hands-on start-up is a crucial aspect of the mentality of the ideal candidate.

Who You Are

You will be comfortable working with all clients-from progressive forward-thinkers, to those that require more persuasion. You are passionate about matching a prospects business needs with effective solutions, and you're tenacious enough to take that through to activation.

Having both a sales and business development background, you will have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced start-up culture, and understand the requirements and expectations to effectively scale and build a fledgling company.

Professionalism and relationship-building will be your forte. You'll have a winning mentality and a drive to maximise your sales conversions.

What You'll Do

Working with the existing Sales team you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for the German Market. Your target is to grow the business to a point where you will then need to grow your team.
This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to grow yours and the company's presence in the DACH market and ultimately be eventual Country Manager.

What You Will Bring

5+ years in Software Sales roles

Demonstrable ability to write engaging and intriguing content

Demonstrable ability to build a prospect pipeline and convert to sales

Existing knowledge of German Market and drivers - Existing client book a large plus!

Flawless, fluent German

Results orientated, with a strong focus on commercial return/ROI

Creative thinker, including coming up with engaging ways to excite and surprise customers

An instinctive understanding of payments products and the ecommerce industry

Able to work autonomously and proactively

Able to work under pressure and in short deadlines

Problem Solving and can do attitude

Drive to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.

What You'll Get

Competitive Salary - circa €60,000 (DOE)

Uncapped Commission - OTE circa €85,000
