Seeking an innovative, results driven Communications Consultant / Project Manager to join one of our Fortune 100 Computer Technology clients in Cork. This individual will join a large global software delivery team to help envision and create
material to promote, educate and market the group to peer organizations and executive stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to
engage at a big picture level and be creative in providing a unique representation of our key metrics, achievements,
accomplishments, investments etc. to name a few. The ideal candidate should be passionate about innovation, great user
experience and have experience building metric and marketing reports from scratch. This individual is also expected to understand
the key operations of an agile software development organization. Candidates should have strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
In this position, you will help your team on its journey to create engaging communication and marketing material to highlight all
aspects of its delivery. This is a role where your ability to identify, create and communicate effectively, and drive to implement the
strategic vision of content comes together to enable value delivery.
• Participate with development teams, product management teams and leadership
• Engage with all parties worldwide, to understand needs, gather required data, and generate valued solutions for
presentation of delivery.
• Continuously develop new ideas, concepts, and processes for getting metrics, content and information to make available in
a user-friendly manner.
• Participate in key meetings regarding scope, roadmap and strategy
• Actively participate with all teams in a technical setting
• Effectively communicate solutions and recommendations to senior leadership
• Create the necessary plans, track and execute to dates
Required Skills
• Solid understanding of agile software delivery
• Experience working in a software development organization
• Experience creating engaging newsletters, communications and executive ready content
• Experience creating up to date reports to track project milestones and key metrics
• Experience communicating with all levels of leadership across multiple locations
• Experience leading the creation of new deliverables from the ground up
• Understanding how software products are created and used
• Experience leading presentations to all levels of leadership
• Experience in digital communication
• Experience in UX/UI project management
• Experience in UX research and user journey definition
• Experience in developing communication strategy
• Experience in development of content strategy
