2nd Line Deskside Support
Up to €35,000 per annum
For this role you will provide 2nd Line Support, working in a small team within a growing international company - and to help you get started you will have a buddy programme for full support after joining.
This role will be ideal if you are looking to develop your career and skills as you will be provided with ongoing training and the support of your team and delivery managers.
Essential skills & experience:
* Experience in the delivery of IT support services. (Resolving problems sitting with the user.)
* Comfortable with many deskside technologies - from Operating Systems to Office and from Active Directory to Exchange.
* Experience in 2nd Line Support
* Ability in addressing break/fix issues - supporting PCs, Printers and MFP.
