Customer Care Associates Belfast, Evening Shift
Cpl Jobs are working with our client, who are Belfast City Centre based and who are currently looking for a number of permanent Customer Care Associates for an evening shif starting in the New Year!
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Care Advisor Roles is the frontline support for customers needing help. Day to day functions for an advisor involve answering questions via phone, email and chat. Effective written and verbal communication skills are critical to succeed in this role.
This is an evening shift position, working five days a week, including weekends. Regular work hours are from 3pm to 12am with a one-hour meal break and two 15-minute rest breaks. Ideal candidates must be able to accommodate any schedule fluctuations based on business and operational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Redefine expectations of quality service for our merchants
Provide effective and comprehensive solutions to questions in a timely matter
Document communication with accuracy and sufficient detail for reporting and future reference
Identify relevant support documentation that could be sent to encourage self-service support
Make educated decisions, born out of empathy, to drive customer satisfaction across internal and external channels
Meet or exceed our internal key performance indicators for success
Communicate with our merchants and our team in a friendly and professional manner
The Ideal Candidates will:
Strong customer service skills
Have the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to people with limited computer skills
Be able to empathise with users and quickly grasp the issues they're facing
Have top problem-solving skills and patience
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing several projects and customers
Be comfortable with offering account upgrades across contacts
1+ years experience in Customer Service ideally call centre support
GCSE English and Maths C or above
Professional level written and verbal communication skills
Positions will be starting early January 2020
Salary starting at £19,212 + Benefits
Hours of work: 3pm - 12.00 am 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
