Role: Helpdesk Technician Level 3
Salary & Benefits: Salary negotiable based on experience, company pension, bonus scheme.
Location: Hazelbrook, Athleague, Co. Roscommon (Might be option for right candidate to telework from home on occasion)
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Person:
• Minimum 5-yrs experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
• Experience in providing remote support to a broad range of customers
• Must be self-starter and capable of working on their own initiative
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot & research issues efficiently
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements
• Must have experience of working with call / ticket logging systems
• Must have fluent English and relevant work permits for EU
• Highly organised & focused in delivering a fast-paced, high-quality support service
Skills:
• Must have excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong Microsoft desktop OS and PC hardware knowledge
• Strong knowledge of networking (routers / switches / firewalls etc.)
• Knowledge of IP Addressing, Routing, LAN & WAN Networks
• Strong Microsoft server OS experience
• Familiar with cloud technologies
