Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Co. Westmeath
Salary: Neg (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Install Hardware / Software
* Provide ticket resolution within agreed SLA's.
* Proactively communicate with all end users and update helpdesk tracking software as necessary.
* Monitor network performance and suggest improvements to decision makers
* Create and Issue User profiles
* Hardware procurement and asset management
* Using knowledge of LAN and WAN to construct company networks
* Collaborating with other support engineers to solve technical issues
* Educating employees on hardware and software
* Maintaining network security
* Performing regular network maintenance
* The role requires Out Of Hours Support from time to time
* Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification (Software Engineering / Computer Sciences etc)
* Min 4 years plus experience in a similar role
* Valid CCNA certification
* Familiar with ITIL best practices
* Strong communication skills
