What you will be doing:

* Gathering, defining and documenting requirements
* Develop and maintain key client relationships
* Implement and conduct workshops
* Be the SME on various workstreams
* Assume responsibility for project deliveries
* Effective GAP Analysis
* Mentor junior team members

What you need:

* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* Consulting experience highly advantageous
* Comfortable operating in Waterfall and Agile environments
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record documenting "As Is" and "To Be" assessments

NB* You must be eligible to work unrestricted in Ireland
