TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our clients based in multiple locations around Dublin, are taking applications for roles to commence in January 2020 for Service Desk Support Agents to join their IT Support Teams.
Skills Required include
*Previous IT Service Desk experience (minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk Role, Service Desk role supporting external customers/clients with Level 1 technical issues and resolving tickets)
*Strong MS-Operating System experience
*Experience in password resets, permissions (via Active Directory), peripherals support, email server (Exchange, O365).
*Excellent Customer support skills - Customer focused individuals with strong ability to interact and engage with customers and maintain and develop customer relationships.
*Exposure to MS-Azure
*Knowledge of networking protocols/servers
*Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
*Experience using ticketing systems/CRM systems.
*Available to work flexible work-patterns (shifts).
*Fluency in English language is essential
