Role: IT Helpdesk support
Location: Bray, Co Wicklow
Salary: Neg (DOE) + benefits
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
* Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
* Install, modify, and repair computer software.
* Respond to queries over the phone and email
* Walk customers through problem-solving process.
* Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
* Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Requirements:
* Tech support background (min 1 year)
* Fluent English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
