Customer Support Technician (Level 1)

A unique opportunity has become available for an ambitious Customer Support Technician to join our market leading manufacturing client in Dublin City Centre

This individual will act as the first line of support to my client's customers and assist by resolving requests efficiently and accurately. With the multifaceted nature of my client business and products, these issues can be highly technical and cover several technical disciplines

My client has offices spread across the globe and offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress quickly within upcoming industry whilst travelling the world doing so

What they are looking for:

* Higher Certificate or Ordinary Degree in Engineering with an understanding of hardware control systems and software interfacing
* Experience supporting hardware and software systems such a computers or industrial equipment
* A self-motivated individual with experience working within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and client facing skills
* An individual keen to travel up to 25% per year
