I have a fantastic opportunity available for a test automation lead with a multinational company who are a household name. They are looking for a team lead with a test automation background to help them streamline and improve their test automation strategy. In this role, you will play a big part in implementing new strategy's and processes. It will involve training / mentoring as well as providing technical leadership on test automation.

Requirements

* Computer Science Degree
* At least 5 years' test automation experience
* Experience of leading test automation teams
* A proven track record of implementing / improving test automation strategy
* Experience training / coaching engineer's on automation
* Experience with Selenium / Java or similar
* Agile experience
