PiC have five specialist divisions covering Risk & Data Analytics ( Quants ), Life and Pensions, Insurance, Investment Management and finally London Markets ( Insurance/Broking ), providing contract and permanent solutions.

Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruiter:
* Candidate resourcing and lead generation
* Business development
* Providing advice and solutions to client's requirements
* Client account management
* Face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates
