UX/UI Designer
I am working with a client, based in Dublin City Centre, to find a talented UX designer to join their growing team. This is a global company working within the communications sector and is a great place to be if you are looking to grow and develop your skills.

As the successful candidate you will be tasked with but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Work on developing new and enhancing existing user experiences
Work across app and web to create consistent and engaging experiences.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and design complete user experiences that meet user needs.
You will work across the entire creative process including creative concepting, rapid prototyping, high fidelity visual execution and interaction design

To be considered for the role you must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience within a relevant role
A keen interest in UX trends, tools and techniques
Proven track record of impacting conversion rate through design solutions
Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive websites
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Portfolio demonstrating your best work
In-depth understanding of visual design principles
An understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in working in a B2C environment is essential
