Senior PHP Developer

I'm now working on behalf of a global company who are involved in Digital media assisting them in hiring for a Senior PHP Developer to build solutions that will help improve the industry. Having already received significant investment this company wish to make several additions to the team, adding quality developers with proven industry experience to work on a variety of new projects for diverse and high-profile clients.

Based in Dublin City Centre, you will get to work from day one, with exposure to a variety of technologies and projects using your technical expertise is an upbeat and fast paced team environment. This opportunity requires applicants who are keen to work in a small and efficient team and who are fully comfortable working with PHP.

Main Responsibilities

write clean maintainable code

optimise code for performance and scalability

Improve the software to the best of your ability

Requirements/experience

5+ years commercial php experience

Laravel Ideal or Symfony. Minimum of 1 year commercial.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Commercial experience in a modern JavaScript framework.

experience with high workloads, complex systems, service discovery, aws or microservices a plus

outstanding communication skills in spoken and written English

A Github profile to be reviewed by the hiring manager.
