The Company

Our client utilises the industry’s best technologies to provide both Irish Government and Private Sector customers with unparalleled IT services. 

They are now looking for a Helpdesk Manager to join them in Dublin.

The Benefits

If you have experience of managing a busy switchboard or inbound calls and great admin skills, this is the perfect opportunity to join a specialist organisation that pride themselves on excellent customer service and the highest levels of support.

You will be supported to refine your skills, being given training in the necessary technical and safety disciplines, giving you that edge to work efficiently and independently at high volumes.

The Role 

As the Helpdesk Manager, you will receive calls from customers and liaise with assigned Engineers to make sure any open cases are dealt with. 

You will work both independently and within a team to oversee the opening of cases, case assignment and case closures daily.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will:

- Carry out a daily check of all open tickets 
- Ensure your caseload is always covered
- Circulate open ticket and helpdesk performance reports
- Maintain and update all customer information records
- Follow up with customer regarding outstanding issues 

About You

To join our client as a Helpdesk Manager, you will need:

- Experience of managing a busy switchboard and/or inbound calls
- A strong administration background
