Reperio Human Capital are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy based in Belfast City Centre and we focus on the IT market within the Republic of Ireland. We have big plans to grow further in 2020 after recently opening our new office in North Carolina, USA - again, focusing on the IT market.
No two days are the same, it is an intense, fast paced and challenging work environment. You are rewarded and recognized for the work you put into your specific IT market.

Key attractions to our role…

We provide an intense one-on-one training period lasting 6-8 weeks. You will be given all the tools and expertise needed to excel in recruitment. This will consist of training alongside our HR & Training Manager, online training courses and external training sessions.
We don't micro-manage as all our consultants are encouraged to work autonomously and are able to plan their days/meetings how they see best.
Progression is based purely on your individual success meaning you never have to wait for someone to leave before seeing your next promotion.
You are in control of your financial earnings with our uncapped commission scheme which rises to 35% per month. It is a regular occurrence for consultants to take home £5,000+ per month with our highest record of £23,000 in one month's commission!
Close knit team of 32 staff whereby team building is encouraged from incentives such as our Friday beer fridge to our monthly lunch clubs and holiday targets.

What you can expect for your day…

You will be assigned a niche, IT Recruitment Market which is your business, so you will have the responsibility to build your network of candidates and your portfolio of clients
Making time to reach out to new businesses and existing clients to build these relationships and maintain existing ones
Use your social media to connect with candidates and build your network
Post out job advertisements to source new talent and headhunting
Phone interaction with candidates and clients and overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle
Negotiations with both the candidate and the client and providing feedback throughout the process

Does this match what you're looking for?

Our successful candidate will possess a third level degree in any subject and ideally 3+ months experience in a sales-orientated environment. Due to the nature of the industry, we will need candidates who have a high level of motivation, resilience and are driven by financial and progression opportunities. You will be spending a lot of time over the phone and need to possess good relationship building skills and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will need to possess a strong work ethic and pro-active mindset to excel in this role.
