Position: Help Desk Support Representative
Location: North Dublin
Recruit First IT have an exciting role for a Help Desk Support Representative to work with a Worldwide Leader in Logistic & International Trade Software based in North Dublin.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Help Desk role
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent understanding of incident lifecycle
• Experience in call monitoring, logging and tracking issues
• Knowledge of XML is beneficial
• Logistics Industry experience is highly advantageous
