Recruit First IT have an exciting role for a Customer Support Team Lead to work with a global leader in Logistics & International Trade Software based in North Dublin.
• 4+ years’ relevant experience
• 2+ years Leading a Customer Support/Helpdesk Team
• History of ensuring agreed SLA’s are adhered to
• Maintenance of Support Dashboard
• Experience with Support tools such as Zendesk or similar
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
