Recruit First IT is seeking a 2nd level IT Support Egnineer for a company based in west Dublin who are Micrsoft Gold Partner.

• 2+ years in a Helpdesk/Desktop environment

• Strong experience with Remote Diagnostics Tools – e.g. VNC, Remote Desktop, etc.

• Some networking knowledge such as TCP/IP, LAN and WAN Technologies.

• Experience with Cisco iOS preferable, but not essential.

• Experience with Supporting Windows Operating Systems.
