6 month contract - strong extension chance

€350 - €450 /day

Senior Java Developer required for an excellent contracting role with leading Limerick organisation.

You'll get to work with some of the latest Java related technologies in a modern cloud based software development environment. There's not too many companies in the country offering the chance to contract on such bleeding edge tech! Around 75% of your work will be on the backend with Spring Boot (on AWS) and 25% on the frontend, with Angular.

It's a Senior development role, they want somebody who can design and develop, not just a code monkey. They want somebody who can see the whole picture and put the nuts and bolts together. If you have strong expereince developing across multiple modules of the Spring framework then they will be interested in you.

Desired Skills / Expereince

* 5+ years Java development experience
* Strong experience around the Spring framework
* Experience with Spring Boot and Microerservices is desired
* Exposure to Angular / React / Vue or similar is a bonus
* There is an element of build & devops, bonus points for Jenkins, Docker, Unit Testing etc.
* Familiar with Agile processes, JIRA pipelines etc.
