Enterprise People are currently seeking a Change Programme Manager for a 6 Month contract based in Dublin city centre.

Our client has embarked on an exciting and challenging transformational programme of change across its full operating model, including business model, distribution strategy, technology and cultural change. The Programme Manager, within governance guidelines, is accountable for ensuring ownership, co-ordination, visibility, budget control and timely delivery of a Programme of prioritised strategic change projects. 


The Change Programme Manager will:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work at all levels in the organisation to map out business benefits and design the Programme to deliver those outcomes

• Define the Programme objectives, scope and required Business outcomes, including key deliverables, key interdependencies and resourcing requirements

• Instil effective governance and programme management to deliver outputs within agreed timelines and budget

• Ensure the Programme is delivered in adherence to relevant standards and guidelines (i.e. regulatory, compliance, governance, change control, architectural frameworks etc.)

• Lead the organisation through change, evolution and position the Business for sustained growth/results

• Ensure the management of all aspects of each project from concept through to operational support within timeframe and budget expectations

• Proactively manage contract deliverables and expectations 

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors

• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Qualification

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing strategic and operational Programmes driving transformational change.

• Solid delivery management experience, delivering multiple parallel projects to key stakeholders and Executive management

• Strong insurance / financial services experience

• Comfortable discussing strategy, risks, issues and negotiating with Senior Executives

• Strong vendor management experience

• PM Certification

• Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills
