My client is a world leading team of experts that are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in real world AI Applications. They are working with global clients on applications spanning Facial Recognition, Object Recognition / Detection and much more. The standard of research and development they adhere to is high so they are looking for the best deep learning researchers to join their teams.
As a Runtime Optimisation Engineer, you will be highly motivated and passionate about working with AI. You will have a bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline and be comfortable working as part of a team but also have the initiative to work autonomously if need be.
My client offers world class training and support, as well as the latest technology to work with. They work in conjunction with some of the worlds leading research groups / university as well as commercial partners.
Implement and improve runtime systems to target hardware such as standard CPU's and GPU's as well as mobile CPU's, GPU's and DSP's
Writing, testing, debugging and maintaining code
Creating tools and toolsets (Custom Kernels, API's, test systems/suits) for advanced hardware
Developing and optimising machine/deep learning and computer vision applications
Research and development into emerging heterogenous languages(Halide, TVM, OpenCL)
Prototyping new hardware specific deep learning inference engines and pipelines (Qualcomm SNPE, ARM NN)Requirements
Strong knowledge of C+ onwards
Craft cross platform solutions (Linux, Android or Windows)
Minimisation of memory footprints, data movements, allocations and de-allocations
Development of fast, scalable concurrent programs
Profiling and optimisation of performance and memory system usage
Development of robust, maintainable, efficient and testable code for reliable systemsDesirable
OpenCL / CUDA / C++AMP
Experience of Clang/LLVM Compiler projects
Experience in deep learningThe Company
