Technical Lead/Manager (Java)

€80K - €90K p/a + Bonus

Opportunity for an experienced Development Leader/Manager (Java stack) to join a consistently expanding product-based software house who have recently moved into trendy new offices in Dublin 6. You'll be a development manager of a newly formed Cloud team consisting of 15 (QA's, Developers, Business Analysts etc), providing guidance on the architecture/design of new applications… and remaining hands-on coding as required. This is an organisation with a family feel, a highly collaborative working environment where everybody gets heard and a place that invests heavily in training/development of staff. Stack

Java; Spring Boot; Microservices; Jenkins; Tomcat

Experience

* At least 3 years' technical team leadership experience.
* Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a Java Development.
* Strong understanding of Spring Boot/Microservices.
* Scrum Master experience would be a bonus.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
