Your new company
A leading global organisation, who have reach in over 30 countries, are looking for a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Engineer to join their Belfast team on a 6 month contract, with a high view of extension, paying £25,000 per annum.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for logging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents at the first point of contact, or passing incidents to an appropriate team. You'll work closely with Support Team Leaders to deliver an efficient and effective service.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, along with enthusiasm and a passion for excellent customer service. Within your previous experience you will have developed strong verbal and communication skills along with the ability to explain technical instruction in a non-technical way.
