Role: IT Operations Supervisor

Location: Mullingar, Co Westmeath

Main duties (not limited to):

* Ensure SLA times are met
* Responsible for the operational aspects of the day to day business
* Review and schedule operational maintenance activities with department managers and engineering team
* Responsible for the maintenance of the servers, ERP systems, e-mail and telephony of the business both managed and mobile.
* Hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
* Organize and conduct all staff meetings for project reviews and supervise all IT operation systems and services
* Be an escalation point for the engineering and development staff for complex issue resolution
* Implement and manage support procedures for incidents across all IT systems in scope and through all levels of support

Main requirements:

* Min 3 years' experience in network/domain administration, within an internal customer-facing I.T environment.
* Third Level IT related Degree
* Min 1 year experience in a supervisory / team lead role (***not a must, experienced engineers who not necessarily have team lead experience but are ready for the next step, will also be considered)
* Ability to effectively document policies and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong problem solving skills and an innovative approach to addressing administration, personnel, and technical problems
