I'm currently working with an innovative Telco Solutions Provider, based in the heart of Dublin City. They need motivated German-speaking Sales Professionals to join their existing Account Management team.
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the organisation. They are the point of liaison for existing clients, ensuring all parties are happy and value is maximised. They also take care of all contract negotiations and renewals, turning their efforts into net new business.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Renegotiate existing contracts with businesses from sole trader to conglomerate level.
Identify customer needs effectively in order to maximize all opportunities and meet client expectations
Liaise with Internal departments to ensure correct and efficient workflow
Review proposals and tenders
Be able to perform product demos, explain contract technicalities and ensure timely close of sale.The Requirements:
Exceptional German & proficient English language essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
Highly self-motivated and performance orientated
Enthusiastic & pro-active
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Inside sales experience is a plus
Experience reading legal and/or real estate documents would be an added advantage
