€400 - €450/day

Senior Java Developer required for an excellent contracting role with leading Limerick organisation.
You'll get to work with some of the latest Java related technologies in a modern cloud based software development environment. There's not too many companies in the country offering the chance to contract on such bleeding edge tech! it's a large enterprise project with duties focused on heavey development work, a lot of elements of the project are still in the design phase. There's no legacy work here!
It's a Senior development role, they want somebody who can design and develop, not just a code monkey. They want somebody who can see the whole picture and put the nuts and bolts together. You'll work on various projects within this programme of work planned over the next 2 years.

Desired Skills / Expereince

* 5+ years Java development experience
* Strong experience around the Spring framework
* Experience with Spring Boot and Microerservices is desired
* There is an element of build & devops, bonus points for Jenkins, Docker, Unit Testing etc.
* Any exposure to Angular or similar is nice to have
* Any expereince with cloud tech - Azure, AWS etc. is nice to have
* Familiar with Agile processes, JIRA pipelines etc.
