The Role
Solas have partnered with a financial trading client in their search of a mid-level .Net developer. You will be part of small development team working directly with the head of innovation and development. You will work with people in all areas of the company and together will create amazing innovations. Responsibilities of the Mid-Level .Net Developer Role:
• Work closely with Risk, Back Office, Trading and IT Teams
• Provide updates on progress and timelines
• Maintain and improve existing systems across several domains
• Algorithms for real time trading tools using third party APIs

Required Skills and Experience for the Mid-Level .Net Developer Role:
• 2-3 years .Net Development experience
• Ability to write highly optimised and fast code
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM
• Meticulous in your approach to programming and debugging
• Experience working with web technologies

Desirable Skills and Experience for the Mid-Level .Net Developer Role:
• Experience of financial applications or financial terminology
• Experience in creating/maintaining Databases, SVN Repository, Ticketing Systems
