My client, a global player in the internal communications sector is looking for an experienced, well-versed Sales Developer/Lead Generator to join their team. This role requires an experienced Sales Development/Lead Generation professional with a successful track record in business development - preferably within SaaS environments.
You'll be integral to the high-performing sales team by generating new leads (Calls/Demos) for the Sales team, with a prime spot to progress either into full cycle Sales or into SDR Team Leadership in the future.
The Role:
* Research and evaluate target markets.
* Identify company decision makers.
* Connect using tailored emails & phone calls.
* Perform initial, effective value proposition to prospects.
* Persuade prospects to have a call or take a meeting with an Account Executive.
* Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
* Work closely with internal departments to perfect and streamline effective outreach.
What you must have:
* Minimum of 2+ years prospecting/BDR/SDR experience in a B2B business
* Excellent research skills
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Demonstrated success of reaching monthly and quarterly targets
* Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize your activities
