Role: Application Support Engineer

Salary: up to 33K p/a + pension, holiday pay, sport and social club

Location: Dublin South

My client, a global market-leading software development company are offering an exciting opportunity to join their Software Support team based in Dublin South. You will be responsible for all incoming client issues surrounding the software. The Application Support Engineer is the first line of defence in finding the root cause of a technical application malfunction. This can require collaboration with colleagues in Product Development teams for more complex and significant issues.

Requirements:

* Technical support engineering experience
* Ability to prioritise problems/issues which have been reported by end users
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Degree in Computer Science or similar Desirable
* Experience working with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Windows Server
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
