The Role
My client is a fast-growing Irish energy company providing electricity and gas services with a real customer focus. They aim to give people total control and complete transparency over their utility costs. They are currently seeking two highly skilled and tech-enthusiastic Software Development Engineers for the technical side of their business.
They are very open to new ideas and want to improve processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of C#.Net, ASP.net MVC, SQL, HTML5 and JavaScript. Experience working on DNN platform would be a bonus.

Responsibilities of the .Net Developer Role:
• Building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications
• Providing technical solutions to internal business needs
• Providing technical support to the various internal departments on all team software
• Developing using unit tests and engaging in the writing of other types of automated tests
• Developing new functionality on existing products

Required Skills and Experience for the .Net Developer Role:
• 3+ years’ experience with C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Proven ability at a high level in developing web applications and web sites.
• Experience developing for and with SQL Server.
• Experience with creating and maintaining of automated tests an advantage.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery an advantage.
• Proven ability and experience working in an Agile / SCRUM process environment.
• Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills.
