What you will bring:
* Strong software Sales experience, and a knowledge of the latest tools and techniques required for delivering top class customer support and success in a SaaS environment.
* Ability to develop and execute customer success plans.
* Passion for tracking and reporting on key metrics for adoption, customer ROI, growth and success.
* Experience managing renewals and negotiating contracts.
* Excellent communicator. Writing/blogging a plus.
* Highly motivated - "Can do" attitude and can bring a positive energy to a company culture.
* A passion for technology, innovation and working with high growth startups - enjoys working on fast-paced non-hierarchical teams.
* Knowledgeable and comfortable in an early product market fit.
* Ability to create partnerships that will lead to additional revenue and a broader product offering.
