Python Performance Engineer to join an expanding e-commerce business based in Sandyford. This role will suit someone with excellent programming skills with a focus on quality, performance and maintainability of code.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop code for performance optimization, extensibility and maintainability

·         Own and drive development tasks

·         Support your agile development team

·         Provide support to the business for critical issues.

·         Functionally and Unit test all developed code

Requirements:

·         3+ years Python / MySQL development experience

·         Demonstrable experience with performance monitoring tools

·         Expertise in Apache JMeter, HP LoadRunner or SOASTA CloudTest or other performance testing tools

·         Experience in version control systems, ideally Git

·         Experience working within an agile software development team
