Customer Technical Support

FRS Recruitment are currently hiring for a Customer Support Representative for our client in Shannon, Co Clare. This role is exclusively with FRS.

Ideal profile:

* Previous support experience in a busy, fast paced environment answering clients technical queries
* Strong customer interaction skills particularly over the phone.
* Previous experience of using various software systems.
* Strong bug fixing skills
* A Self Starter who can work on their own initiative
* Good troubleshooting ability
* Previous experience in the Logistics or transport industry dealing with customers is essential.

The role:

* Answering incoming technical queries from clients via phone and via email.
* Liaising between internal and external customer to resolve queries.
* Building relationships with the customer base
* Providing excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills to the varying client queries.
