The Role
This is a unique opportunity to be amongst the first dedicated Sales hires and you will take a lead role in seeking and delivering new customers as well as establishing sales strategy.
The role requires a data-driven and analytical Sales/Business Development professional who can identify and prospect high-potential new customers, work directly with senior management, and help shape the overall Lead Gen/Sales strategy.
In this role, you will:
* Identify and prospect high-potential new customers
* Guide customers through their first contact with the company, and educate them on how the tech can dramatically improve their customer service teams
* Track key metrics and help shape the early sales strategy
* Work directly with the senior management team
* Have a real-impact on the future of the company
* Have ample room to grow and become a leader in the commercial team
The Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales development experience, preferably at a tech company
* A track record of top performance
* An ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth start-up environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A self-starter mentality
The Desirables:
* Some start-up experience
* Experience in organisation / monitoring of a sales process and pipeline
* Experience in directly working with, and performing product demos to, customers
