Service Desk Analyst - Dublin CC
I'm working with a hugely successful multinational who are the clear leader in their niche sector of the market. They are expanding their infrastructure team with a new vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team of 10 engineers. You'll work with internal users as well as multiple satellite offices around the world.
You will need to have a strong track record in successful customer support and be comfortable working with senior management to solve any problems as quickly and calmly as possible. You'll need to show a strong level of hands on experience in windows desktop support and have experience working in an ITIL environment. Any Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 4-5 years hands on IT Support Experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS - Windows 10 ideally.
* Experience working in an ITIL environment.
* Knowledge of Office 2016.
* Some knowledge of cloud technology.
* MCSE would be highly desirable.
