We are actively looking for a highly motivated and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join a leading technology company which provides HR software and managed services. This is an exciting and challenging position that offers the successful candidates a chance to join their dynamic technical support team and grow in a well-established and successful company.
- You will be responsible for providing front-end client support for the products via phone, email and on-site support.
- You will work directly with the client providing application configuration and maintenance
- Install and maintain hardware and databases
- Liaise closely with the Sales and Development teams
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years experience in software or hardware support and an electronics qualification
- You must have a full driving license and own a car
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients
- Be familiar with using standard electrical tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and SQL Server would be a plus
