We are actively looking for a highly motivated and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join a leading technology company which provides HR software and managed services. This is an exciting and challenging position that offers the successful candidates a chance to join their dynamic technical support team and grow in a well-established and successful company.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for providing front-end client support for the products via phone, email and on-site support.
  • You will work directly with the client providing application configuration and maintenance
  • Install and maintain hardware and databases
  • Liaise closely with the Sales and Development teams

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years experience in software or hardware support and an electronics qualification
  • You must have a full driving license and own a car
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients
  • Be familiar with using standard electrical tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and SQL Server would be a plus
