* Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
* Previous experience working as Software Development manager
* 3+ years of software development experience
* 2+ years of experience building and leading successful software development teams in extremely fast-paced environments
* Strong leadership, project planning and execution skills
* High-level programming language experience
