Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager required for leading Dublin city centre based client.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the Digital Integration & Capability Teams including software design, development and production support teams. The Senior Digital Project Manager will ensure that best practice delivery processes are deployed and that their efficiency is measured against agreed performance metrics for all digital channels. You will also play a pivotal role in the senior leadership team and motivate the team to perform at a high level in a challenging and fast-moving environment.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead strategy definition and implementation for the digital integration function

• Manage Performance and Strategy initiatives on behalf of the digital integration function with a particular focus on the 4 pillars of Digital Transformation

• Establish the new /enduring Digital Platform Team

• Ensure products and systems are developed within an overall architectural blueprint which accommodates regular innovation and evolution

• Manage and deliver large-scale digital programmes and projects to time, cost and quality

• Liaise with banking platform leadership team to ensure a capability agenda is implemented and supported

• Support the growth of all digital channels

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Qualification

• 7+ Years Digital Project Management experience

• Solid understanding / experience of core platforms, ideally operating in a highly regulated market such as Financial services

• Experience and knowledge of Banking regulation 

• Experience operating at a senior level across all levels and functions

• Previous systems integration experience

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
