My client is a global sports media company based in Galway and I am excited to say that they are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer on an initial 6 contract basis to join their team.

For this role you will need to have experience in the gaming or sports betting industry. My client has industries in the UK and is now setting up an office in Galway so you will be joining a fast paced and ambitious team, backed by a successful company.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lay foundations of a modern data infrastructure
* Combine data from multiple sources in to 1 single source
* Working with Google Cloud Platform
* Continuously working towards refining "real time"

Qualifications & Skills

* 4+ years' experience in a data engineering role working with large complex data sets
* Knowledge of SQL Server
* Experience with ETL & Data Warehousing
* Experience with Agile Scrum
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform is highly ideal
* Experience with Tableau
* You will have experience with MarTech platforms
* Experience in a gaming or sports betting industry is a must
