Role and responsibilities:

* Lead a team of software engineers to well-defined KPI's & SLA's
* Design and implement solutions based on early stage client meetings
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of client solutions
* Drive the adoption of new technologies and support continuous improvement

Skills required:

* Experience in working in an agile environment
* Strong full stack development experience using .Net technologies including front end tech like Angular or React
* Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams of highly skilled developers.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills required
