Technical Support Specialist
About this role
You'll sit within a team of specialists ensuring that my client's customers receive excellent technical care. This role will specifically work in the IOT (Internet of Things) space and you'll work with key stakeholders within the business along with external vendors to deliver top quality technical care to the end user.
Role and responsibilities:
* You'll provide technical support for the suite of IOT products
* You'll be responsible for the processes and tools used to support the end user.
* You'll be the subject matter expert within the organisation for their IOT suite of products
* From time to time you'll meet with stakeholders and clients to provide details on technical issues
* Deep exposure to working with IOT devices in a Technical Support role
* Excellent communication skills, this is a client facing role
* Previous experience in working in a Telco environment
* Excellent troubleshooting experience
