Role:
Our client is the world's sixth largest pharmaceutical company
Requirements:
* 3-4 years' technical support experience
* Pharmaceutical industry experience
* In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
* Comfortable with computer networks
* Hardware Repair
* Troubleshooting
* Active Directory
* Manage and Maintain AV equipment
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Help desk ticket management software
* Desktop operating systems (Microsoft and macOS)
* Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
* Strong customer service ethos
* Ability to work well with people
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
* Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
Language (s):
* Strong level of English - written and spoken
