You will lead and manage a team focused on developing a cutting edge analytic platform, utilising advanced machine learning models. You will drive the technical road-map, continuously reviewing and evolving solutions for new direction and enhancement. Utilising your leadership experience, you will build and sustain a high performing organisation focused on delivering excellence via innovative means.

What you'll need to succeed
- Fluency in Python or another Object Oriented language
- Experience in the fundamentals and best practices of AI/ML
- Relevant track record of delivering production software
- Experience of working within an agile environment
- TDD and implementation delivering automated tests alongside code
