Operation Support Analyst – 12 month FTC, Dublin City Centre

This role will see the successful candidate provide level 2-3 onsite Technical Support for our client.
What’s involved:
- Working knowledge of windows server
- Support and system maintenance for complex applications
- Provide technical assistance to client teams as appropriate
- Implement technical changes to the system in the Live environment under the supervision of the client’s technical resources
- Provide Level 3 Technical Support to include:
o Responding to technical calls escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
o Performing daily health checks on the system.
o Liaising with the relevant Live Operations teams as required.
o Liaising with external vendors as required.
What you need:
- Working knowledge of windows server
- Experience with ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience working on large scale client network Windows 7 & Windows 8
