Cloud Developer Java (core) - Contract Dublin 12 Months.
My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Cloud Developer to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with view to go up to 18 months and beyond
My is looking for an experienced Cloud Developer to join our Cloud Transformation Group in Dublin. These roles will report to the EMEA Head of CTO Architecture & Engineering, and are critical to our Cloud strategy. You will be responsible for helping to develop their global private, public and hybrid solutions, and will have direct input into the direction of these services for my clients business. These developers will work together with our Cloud Architects, Technical Product Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure we are delivering the right solutions for our customers.
My client is looking for key skills, Cloud, Java 8, Spring, containers. This role includes Java development and Cloud Infrastructure.
As a Cloud Developer your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Core Java, Python (and frameworks), Go. NodeJS, Angular, Javascript, Agile Development, Test-Driven Development. You will have Microservices and Rest APIs, You will have Deep knowledge of Web protocols, multiple OS, Hypervisors, distributed systems architecture. AWS, Azure, GCP environment experience and Hands-on CI/CD toolchains, incl. Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, Hashicorp Terraform and JSON/YAML. It would be seen as advantageous if you had experienc with Full stack development, Hands on configuration management with eg Cloudformation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Salt and GIT/Bitbucket.
