Java Developer

* West Dublin
* 6 month rolling contract
* €400 - €500 / day

Senior Java Developer required for a long-term contracting role with a global financial services organisation.
You will be involved in a large Java Development project as the company moves core systems across to a microservices / REST API driven archiecture. You will join the project at a very early stage and will be expect to make contributions to system design ,architecture along with hands on development.
It's a highly visible project within the organisation, they expect this project to last for around 2 years.

Desired Skills / Experience

5+ years Java development experience
Strong experience across JEE, Spring etc.
Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services etc.
Exposure to front end / full stack development is preferred, it's a full stack role
Ideally experience in a CI/CD environment, good understanding of the benefits of automation.
