Opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to join an impressive Fintech at their headquarters on the West side of Dublin on a permanent basis. We need someone who is comfortable mentoring a team of developers, ideally someone who has worked in a leadership capacity previously or who wants to progress to Technical Lead level. You'll work in a fun, friendly environment alongside a team developing a range of cloud-based products using a modern Java stack. A generous range of benefits are on offer.

Experience:

* 7+ years' Java Development experience.
* Strong working knowledge of Spring Framework.
* Ideally experienced working in a Microservices environment.
* Good communicator with strong leadership skills (tech lead experience would be a big plus)
* Architectural knowledge and the ability to provide input at all stages of the SDLC.
* Fintech experience would be an advantage.
